Second International Conference on grain processing «Graintek-2010» will be held on December 9-10, 2010 at the International Trade Center, Moscow, Russia. The main topics of the Congress highlighted current state and prospects of grain processing with production of wheat and corn gluten, starch and its derivatives, including glucose and fructose syrops, biomaterials and other value added fermentation products from starch (glucose).
