2008 Midwest Specialty Grains Conference and Trade Show: “Serving Today’s Changing Global Marketplace”- Supplying Safe, Quality Food to the World.

Hosted by the Midwest Shippers' Association (MSA), the Midwest Specialty Grain Conference and Trade Show brings together all facets of the identity preserved (IP) specialty grain industry at an international buyer/seller oriented trade show. Last year's grain conference drew visitors and participants from 21 countries and 17 states. Among foreign delegations attending this year's trade show will be a group from Japan's soy foods industry.
