Each year, approximately 30 professionals from the milling industry share their professional expertise and time in order to add to the profession and increase their visibility and credibility with their colleagues.
IAOM's (International Association of Operative Millers) annual conference is the premier education event in the milling and grain processing industries in this region of the world. Appproximately 250 attendees will attend the conference and an expo with some 35 exhibitors.
